Well not everyone can afford an iPhone or is ready to spend that much on a phone so its no wonder that Huawai sells more phones that are cheaper.

Well done to huawei for this achievement....they are relatively unknown in comparison to other brands in europe although they are still on sale. To achieve this actually shows how big they really are....some better marketing and with a few top of the range flagships they could become a very big company....congrats to them

Huawei is still misleading their customers by saying they get the latest memory type (UFS 2.1) but instead they get outdated UFS 2.0 or even the ancient eMMC memory. If that is not stealing i dunno what is then.
I even provided the link from XDA developers. The fact that you are defending them after being slapped in the face with hardcore evidence makes me believe you are nothing buy a payed troll or employee of Huawei.
Like i said, I'm from Europe and the only people I've seen using a Huawei were teenagers with low budgets or people with zero technical skills.
This brand is successful only in Asia because it's cheap.
Also I'd rather pay more for an older flagship from Sony or Sammy instead of a brand new China phone.
By the way, i did the spelling mistakes because i use a resolution of 300 DPI on FHD which makes the keyboard tiny, that is if you even have a clue what I'm talking about...

IMO, apple dont care about market share as long as their profit margin is more than any other android oem.. btw, congrats to huawei, they deserve it - a consistent performance in their product line year by year. p-series and mates are great devices.

Wow, Huawei is really forcing, They overtook almighty iphone. Iphone don't have more models for customers to choose from so they are still doing well. Samsung have the most numerous models to choose from. Huawei and others have large number of them to choose from too. This is what I see, Huawei have many equally good phone models to choose from so their market went accross board. That is how come they came second but non of their models came in the top 10 most bought models in the 2 months of survey. Kudos to Huawei. They are doing a good job accross board. One point is that they have many great midrange and upper midrange phones that can top the price catagories and that is how come.

Manufacturer only means they produce devices, not that is indicative of devices sold, but as shown numerous times, supply fuels demand. Huawei has reached a milestone. If they don't lie, or spy on their customers, nor use slave labor, I am happy for them. Some of you may be surprised to know they are a a private company, not affected by speculation, but only on themselves.
