Now that Apple have borrowed ideas from Android, Rim and also decided
that they would have a split keyboard layout on the ipad like the coming code named Windows 8

What else are they going to do? this is catch up it is not new which to be honest Apple needed to do.

I think Android are going to have to bring something new. Apple greatest strength which at times can be seen a weekness is that they can make something bog standard seem like its new and it what they have done here and its what Apple fans will be eating up whilst Android fans will be wondering at least in the Uk will music get out of Beta will they tackle the lack on Honeycombe Apps in the market and will fragmentation become a thing of the past.

The best thing that Apple did was untie the need for you to have to connect to a computer to use your phone and get up dates now out of the box their handsets will work that is game on from Apple and a wise business move.

As an Android fan i hope that Google will up their game and sort out the fact that people need a proper music store and film store and a real push in the games department Beta dosent cut it. In short they need to totally rethink media as well as the App store which is a bad experience.

Thanks Apple for the iMessaging and iCloud. So I'd expect these and more for Android's new OS! I'd love some serious syncing and 3G/WiFi built into the messaging app that is free!

By the way this notification center or lot of it made by guy called Peter Hajas, He made "mobilenotificator" for jailbroken iPhones.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzvGZKByRks It looks very same, that guy works for Apple now :) Not bad for him!

Sounds like a the whole update is plainly about bringing features that were already there in competition (mostly Android) to Apple devices.

So the latest 'innovations' from Apple are rip offs from Cydia, Android, Samsung (LOL!), and an app they banned from iTunes. Brilliant.

Why all these android users/nokia users are telling here we had this and this for long time. Really who cares? I don't have android so what i do with that information if you had something long time ago?

Now i have it too (soon), so is that really that big thing for you to me have it too? :D

This same old story goes everytime when Apple bring something for iOS users.

Same old same old, who really cares?, my iPhone is getting better and better and that's all what matters, They bring stuffs for iOS users not for android users.
