So whats new in IOs5?
I had that camera button even in the first camera phone i had way back in 2000
FB Twitter integration is not new in latest phones
The notification bar is from android and not new
I message is there even in cheapest phones of nokia and android
News stand? ah!! thats new thats news !! but what is its use?
Dictionary use by all apps...... shouldnt it be a basic functionality? should it not have been incorporated in ios1?
so mr.steve jobs tell me whats new in ios 5? you give all these features that sould have been incorporated in ios1 in ios5 5years late and still say it is revolutionary.......
sorry mr.jobs i will still hold on to my Iphone1st generation and jailbreak it and put all the things you said to be in ios5 as apps from cydia

Copying Android, useless Apple.
They have to work more and more, R&D is must, if they want to stay up, otherwise Android devices are killing them fast, not slowly even. good luck apple and stop copying android.

So when Samsung had similar design, they blatantly copied, and when Apple blatantly copies Android, it's a pass? Hell no.

So what that apple took notification bar, every single phone company copied thefirst iPhone and tried to match up and here we are in 2011 and we can say that galaxy s2 did it. Wow, now it's finally time that apple can look at other companies and get ideas. 5 years after the first iPhone

It appears I must jump ship. iOS5 is completely unimpressive, unexceptional and has simply shown the limitations of of the OS. The OS is still a mess, still cluttered & now I realize there will never be multitasking with this OS. That's it I am done. It was fun while it lasted, but I want a better experience. I am tired of staring at a seas of apps. Even organized I get "app shock" every time I want to find something. And it's terribly annoying not being able to do something as simple as replying to a text while in an app. What's erroneous is that my old Motorola v8 from 06' allows me to talk, be on the internet and text at the same time. I feel like I am going backwards because I enjoy having a picture of a fruit on my phone....

So I ... moredouble tap zooming is not first on ios but pinch zooming yes. and application selling on a phone is first made by nokia. apple was first on few things but not most of them. and i agree when its cool and nice y not follow it. but you have to understand that most people dislike apple from copying the reson is bec they dont play an even playing field they always want to sue other companies claiming for a copyright... taking advantage just because in the this industry before apple came in suing each other for similar technology in not a practice and here's the late comer apple acting all high and mighty claiming they are first in everything and sue other companies... im not against apple product.

I noticed before some time when apple fan boys has seen screen shot of bada 2.0.1 they were making noises like one shouldn't copy other a os should always bring new innovative ideas......now the same guys are telling essential feature should be copied(please don't argue with what you people said exactly).....I hope apple to innovate some new thing some day because market pressure is increasing daily on them.....
one more thing some one was telling android copied apple by bringing android apps as apple apps store .....you forgot to mention ios was English language and android is also in English so android copied apple.....common guys grow up.....

well moral of the story followers always copy the leader .....earlier Ios was leader so android copied them a bit but now time changed android so apple will copy ......its ok apple fan boys it happens now apple can't innovate new ideas in little time so they are copying...

Apple is pleasing their customers by copying Android features which was available in it's first Google android phone. Do you call it new update lol you should since apple users are hippies ;)
