I am not a fanboy. I have a note5 and an iPhone 7 plus. I had a pdf file about 650mb in size. Trust me it opens on my iPhone but simply doesn’t work on note5. If opens its useless to read on. I don’t trust these videos and fancy bookmarks but again Facebook++ freezes my iPhone. There are somemore apps which sometimes freeze it. Basically I believe it’s up to personal choice to have devices.

Personally, speed is not the most important thing I would consider when buying a phone. There are more things to consider before speed.(e.g.battery life and habits)

Apple had the fastest soc around, no kidding, but they cripple it with the somewhat "slow" interface, one can use android and navigate the whole system swiftly, while in ios, it got a lot to do with the long animation, stuck with only one key or using the assistive touch which make the whole navigation slow despite the fast soc
