android (and many other opensource os) are the future os.
windows and osx will die

they tried too hard to "force" their features on d customers instead of giving customers what customers want.
imagine where they would have been now if lumia 920 wasnt a half baked cookie......

Using Nokia 808 on Belle (Which supp... moreDoesnt lag but it will be full of virus and vulnerable to hacking due to zero support and no more security patch from microsoft. Face it, windows mobile is dead. No point defending it. You will be the only loser still using a windows phone. Even Bill Gates stop using windows phone and switched to android. Who are you to deny the founder of microsoft?!

They never had any convictions about it , they weren't fully committed, they were merely hedging their bet all along, and some delusionists lapped it for what it was worth.

When the Windows Mobile was used in PDA phones HTC supported it. Then came Windows Phone ... HTC continued to support it. HTC was a giant those days in the smartphone sector. Samsung was a new player yet it backed WP. Which companies he is talking about? How can this person say that not many companies supported WP? The product was more rigid than even iOS. No customization. No apps. Nothing. No wonder it's dead.

We (didnt try) VERY HARD to incent app devs. Paid (no) money.. wrote apps (Spywares) 4 them.. but volume of users is too low ( Too many forced updates and spywares, You know that right?) for most companies (Not every company got a parental GMO for support..lol..) to invest. MS, I know what you did last summer...I'd love to see your entire product line go down the drain...(Ex-Windows Lover, Current Windows Hater)

The is was actually quite decent but indeed the lack of app was a problem.
I guess thats what the new duopoly looks like, till it becomea monopoly

                                What about surface phone?

And I have a Lumia 630 with me fully functional and no one want to use it. It's made by Nokia so may be my grand children will get to see what gadgets their grandpa used.

Why so many prefer Windows in their computers, but were not ready to give Windows Phone a change? If more would have bought it they would have had more money to invest in app development and thus making it same level as Android

If you're a Microsoft fan, you can try Microsoft Launcher on your Android. Already 5m installations. So it makes sense to drop W10M and go with ways they can get more from Android. And MS already has lot of apps for both Ios and Android.
