Nokia had the right to be the King and Queen in the mobile world, back in the 2000's. If it was not for Stephen Elop, then Nokia still would have been the King and Queen. The reason of Nokia's fall was not because of the consumers, or Android nor Apple, but because of Microsoft's creed to have Nokia for themselves with their Lumia and Windows Phone devices. Whatever Microsoft touches, dies. Nokia has had the time to re-think their strategy, knowing they still have a huge number of fans out there. And man, did they proven them selves. Samsung had a good time of reign when Nokia was out of the picture, but that soon will all change once again. Nokia still makes quality phones, with quality materials and a good priceing. It is not that I dislike Apple or Samsung. Apple makes high-class devices, designed for those who don't mind to fork out a big sum every year for a new device. Samsung has simply sailed the shockwave Microsoft left behind when it distroyed Nokia. Their device are not bad, but to expansive for what they can do, besides the face that Samsung service grade is not very good. So, for me it will be Nokia once again, yes, I am one of those "many" and "old" fans of the brand, but that is also because I know what they do and can do. I don't look at Nokia as a "regular" consumer who just want to buy a phone for less. I look behind the scenes of the company, and when you do that, then you can see, how Nokia plays the game. Letting Microsoft destory Nokia was just a "clean-up" for them, but now.... Nokia is back, more powerful then ever and... smarter! :-D

Samsung market share is being taken up by Nokia. Good enough because Nokia provides better specs for lesser price

I had a terrifying nightmare that Nokia may regain it's magic to re overtake Apple and all others. Unfortunately to others, Nokia has a very high chance to be a king!!!!!!! Here's why:

                        1. They are making a milestone 5G network.

                        2. Android is helping Nokia a lot if you didn't believe.

                        3. Doing a donation drive and fund raise for charity to the disable people's in underdeveloped countries.

                        4. Feature phones that are coming back to reduce the consumption numbers of smartphone in a long run.

                        5. Helping financial services to low income people and focusing on the economic strategy rather than the future innovation gadget.

If all that happens before 2025 (which HMD has the right to hold the license for Nokia brand for 8years), all other phone brands manufacturer will immediately go into bankruptcy.

microsot never care its customers . HTC contributed.a lot in by launching windows PDAs , handheld devices later on called pocket PCs. Users had to download third party limited softwares and themes and to buy animated themes. Mic4osoft killed old vereion by stopping uppot like 2003 2006 window 7 when million of users were using instead off upgrading .
HTC also gave birth of first andriod in2007. I still love windows 2003 layout want to use but how?

Interesting to see how much marketshare Nokia got in such a short time.

The only downfall I hope happens is with Apple in a few years. They are cancer to the mobile industry like the one Steve Jobs died from. Painful sick to your stomach feeling.

MacBook Pro - removes MagSafe, SD slot, glowing Apple logo, uses only USB-C, still has headphone jack, adds Face ID

iPhone 7/7 Plus - removes headphone jack, still uses Lightning Connector

iPhone X - removes Touch ID replaced by Face ID, no more headphone jack, still uses Lightning Connector

This is uniformity? Someday, eSim will win out again and we will be locked into carriers without the convenience of switching between different phones so easily. It's Sprint/Verizon CDMA ESN all over again.

I love my iPhone SE and MacBook Air (thanks to macOS) but hate what Apple does sometimes. The brands I will continue to support even though they aren't perfect (who is?) are quietly innovative like LG and HTC. I'm not pleased with how Google tries to copy Apple as of late.
