ee, 24 Jun 2011your one of those people which want an iphone for no reasonEven if someone wanted an iPhone for no reason, that alone would be a reason. Anyway, if you've ever read his previous posts you would see that he uses it for a lot of things including things Android are not capable of, such as plugging in your electric guitar.
I learnt of the app Amplitube from him. Also those into gaming, even Android fans will never shame themselves by saying Android is better. iOS is still the best smartphone platform to go to for gaming.
What's the big deal? You like Android? Good for you. People cant like other OSes? I thought Android people were all about being open. How about being open minded? Lol

it is, & always will be iOS vs Android. Windows phone & the upcoming Meego have a long ways to go before they can even compare.. Symbian is dead.

By the way if Apple really is going to make TV i feel sorry for competitors, i can imagine how that could change TV industry for something much more than just TV.

I'm disappointed with Apple! After waiting for SO long for the Iphone 5 to come out since no announcement has been made....I've given up waiting and recently brought the Iphone 4! Despite I love the looks of the 4 but with the 5 being so much more in terms of spec....I should have waited longer....but how long does one wait and how long is a piece of string! To date nothing is certain that the 5 is coming out in Sept!!! As they say it ain't over till the fat lady sings!

Well arent apple a creative bunch. If the image above IS the iphone 5 then what developement has there been in both looks and software? The drop down menu is available with iOS5 which can be recieved with an update on the iphone 4. Very disappointed if this is a finished piece of work.

To be honest the iphones only came good when the 3gs and iphone 4 came out.
The 1st iphone and the 3g did not really do it for me.
3gs was ok but iphone 4 blew me away with its looks so so beautiful.

And what I also like to point out is that apple iphones hold the value more than any other phone I know.
Which is good for re sell value when you want to sell to fund for the newer iphone.
There are always people out there willing to pay for your old iphone.

I am so excited to see what the next iphone will bring.
Plus the new ios5 this can be a good end of year for apple.
There products just ooooooze class!
And all this from an american company, beating all the japanese companies and so on!

LYN, 23 Jun 2011how accurate is this information abt the iphone 5 or 4 gs ?????If Apple are to bring out a handset as of equal specs of its Android rivals, then the information is pretty much accurate. Expect at least an 8mp camera, 1080p HD recording, bigger display, minimum A5 processor or a processor with a speed of at least 1.2Ghz, possibly a curved body like the old 3GS. The iPhone 4S or 5 will be a brilliant phone no doubt :)

I mean 1.2ghz dual core processor and 1080p HD recording, amongst a few other things, are advantages. But what the iPhone 4 has is a clean, smooth, and more solid OS. This makes the speed of the iPhone 4 on many aspects of the phone just as fast as the Galaxy S2, even though the Galaxy S2 is technically faster. I was disappointed with my Galaxy S2 experience, as the although the phone offered more it wasnt as polished as I wanted it to be. The camera wasnt the best despite being 8MP, the browser was excellent but sufferered constant buffering on flash videos, despite being connected to a fast wifi connection. The phone also suffered minor lags and response issues. Maybe I must have been unlucky with the handset but this is the second Samsung phone that has let me down - the Samsung H1 being the first.
I have to say the HTC Sense is much more polished than the Samsung TouchWiz. But even then, the iPhone is just a complete solid performer and Android still havent overtaken the iOS in that aspect, despite having superb feature packed phones.
The new iPhone will undoubtly be fast, im pretty sure it will turn out to be arguably one of the best handsets of the year. Yes there will be people who prefer Android and thats fair enough. But in my opinion the Apple iPhone is simply the best you can buy.
