Which sucks considering the iPhone X has no TouchID as backup instead has to use pin.. I'd take a pattern lock is safer than FaceID right now.. iPhone X = $1000 failure

                            I dont give a rat *** about resale value that only for ppl that cannot buy new devices whitout selling old one.

                            Me i give my old device to friend and family and buy a new one.

                            What important for me is how the device is when i use it not bragging right about resale value lol.

                              kofi-apraku, 15 Nov 2017Don't be fooled, Face ID isn't near perfect as Apple want y... moreI have an iPhone X. Face ID is good but not great. The real problem is that it's slow, it takes about a second a half to get into your phone, which is a lot. It does work 100% of the time, though. I haven't had to type in my pin even once yet. Definitely a step back from Touch ID overall, if it doesn't improve soon. I think it will get better in future updates but even if it doesn't, it's alright. Worth it to get that display.

                                        According to Alienate DNA ID instead face ID is safe
