this poll is just useless...
Its like asking how much money would you like to have? Much? A lot? Lots of?
Its obvious that more = better.
Best part is that actual cost and difficulty to use of eg 128/256GB chips in phones compared to eg 32/64GB is not really that big today. Few years ago it would be a problem and you would need to spend more on it, but today? It should be less than 40 bucks difference, and Im really overstates it because OEMs like Samsung that have its own chips cloud do that for 5bucks.
Of course its not so simple like changing pendrive from 16GB to 128GB, but today technology is cheap and advanced enough to do that for less than 50-150$ like some companies ask(hellooo Apple).
And if OEM have bunch of 32GB chips in storage that they need to use? Just sell them to some cheap chinese companies... everyone will be happy.

First choice is 16/32GB with microSD Card expansion slot, except I want it 32/64GB instead. I don't mind slightly slower read and write speed if it means better security because whenever I'll have to perform a hard reset, backing up data is harder, so keeping all of my very important files in the SD Card slot is a huge bonus, because I can just move all my files to SD Card, remove it, perform the hard reset, and be confident that all of my data are safe.
Second option is the 256GB or more. 64GB even today is easy to fill up within months.
But what manufacturers should work on is improving the compression of files.

16gb is enough for just using the phone, the problem is the rom taking a lot of GB, lke my s4 with 16gb has only 9gb free, at least moto g 1gen has 16gb with 13gb free lol. phones with 8gb are a joke with less than 5gb free, only the google crap apps fills that space with just the play store

Well, my option is missing: 32GB+SD, but not 16GB.

64GB is not good for long term use.
128GB is the best which is more than enough.
256GB is overkill, it can store all the photos and videos in my computer. Wouldn't mind having it if I don't have to pay so much for 256GB.
