Far123, 02 Dec 2017Should i buy these or Mi 7? which sofware(UI) experience is... moreIf you are fine with occasional bugs (which are fixed quite fast once a few users post about it on the official Mi forum), I'd suggest you go for Xiaomi. MIUI feels much more clean than Samsung's graceUX. And also, due to it's aggressive background task restrictions, you'll find that MIUI lags less often (this causes problems with live-wallpaper apps tho).
MIUI also comes with less bloatware than Samsung (No Bixby!!!) and you can also uninstall some of the official apps.
Two things you should know about all Xiaomi products tho, the low light camera performance is average at best and the thermal throttling is quite noticeable on warmer days. These might change with the Mi 7, who knows.

MIUI still has tons of bugs to rectify.

I think Samsung is changing the naming scheme for their midrange and low end following their current flagship, Galaxy S8 and S8+
It will be
Galaxy A8 and A8+
Galaxy J8 and J8+

Look Good. It's definitely not as impressive as the S8 or the Note8, but that's fine and to be expected.
