Talking up a big talk about a company who's not only a copier of pretty much everyone... but also doesn't have a good quality reputation to go with it. I don't know too many people that LOVE their Samsung phones.

Since Samsung copies everyone their device was nothing more than a cheap copy of what SE was doing. The only reasons it came to the market first was the rushed it. But if we are going to talk about the BEST 12mp camera - Nokia N8. By far. Neither the Satio or the sucky Pixon could do HD.

This is one of the many reasons people want the iPhone. Its also the easiest phone to use if you're not a techie. Trust me not everyone wants the Galaxy S2. Its just an overhyped phone that overheats and will barely sell 15 million in its whole run. EVERY YEAR that apple releases a new model iPhone it outsells the one before it. Translation - more and more people are buying iPhones. That is why Apple's share of the smartphone market keeps growing, unlike what many in here are claiming. Samsung is not following the trend of Android - their market share is stagnant. Cheaper companies like ZTE are raising market share.

Funny how when Samsung and other companies start going after Apple nobody craps on Samsung saying they are cry babies but when the roles are reversed and its MS and Apple going after Samsung - all of a sudden they are crying. Samsung, just like Google... is UNORIGINAL and copies everyone!

SGS2 is awesome.. been using it in UK for over 3 weeks. If US don't get it, its coz they have douche companies like apple n MS blocking a fair fight n instead relying on lawsuits.. shame on u americans

Apple doesn't want the galaxy s2 in united states certainly because the apple iphone owners would wonder why they paid so much for a so bad phone
It is really better the s2 never goes to usa
So let the iphone users believe they have the best phone, they paid a lot for it !

Those factors have a direct connection with selles numbers! You are trying to disociate them! Costumers buy a product of a company because they TRUST the respective brand and believe the products of that company are the best! It's very unlikely that a costumer that spends 600€ on a Galaxy S does not trust Samsung and it's reputation! It's advertisement and a string of succes devices to create a good reputation! That's Samsung's case! And when people intrust you with their money that means you are considered trustworthy and you have a very well established reputation as a very good company!

Is Microsoft's reputation as a respectable company 'stellar'? No. In fact, their customer service is poor at best, unless you're a business in their register.
Customer service and support have very little connection with the amount of devices/products a company sells. In fact, you will find that smaller companies with a dedicated product line and/or providing a niche product have the highest customer satisfaction ratings. The reason for this, ofcourse, is obvious.

That's why around 12 million people bought Galaxy S, and 3 and a half millions already bought Galaxy despite the fact that it isn't yet globally released...not to mention the the middle range phones! So tens of millions of clients awarded their trust to Samsung who is on the right way to become the number one manufacurer...and you're saying that it's reputation is not stellar?????? For every disatisfied costumer you find 20 satisfied users of Galaxy S, Wave and Star!!! Samsung selles because they build a reputation by creating the best phones available on the market!

It is a perfect sexy phon... moreThe Galaxy S2 DOES overheat. Look up that in google and you'll find a pretty big listing of hits. Not good for a phone that just came out.
So you have ONE friend that is ashamed of his iPhone???? One??? Apple's customer satisfaction ratings DESTROY Samsungs. Look that up too. Everyone.... I mean EVERYONE that I know that has an iPhone 4, 3GS, etc really loves their phone. I've heard very few complaints about them. However I heard odd problems when it comes to android devices. Especially Samsung. I myself owned the Galaxy S and it was a horrible phone. Now using a Nokia N8 and its great.

Just enjoy ur phones ppl...iphone or sgs...it is a personal preferance...why get our ego and anger fume us? Our arguments go nowhere...at the end of the day, apple n samsung are the ones smiling to the bank...some of us say the telephone companies are childish suing each other...haha...look at us!

They had launched several best selling handsets so they didn't need to built their reputation on Apple's back! Despite some resemblences to the iphone the Galaxy series have their own personality! The specs and performance of Galaxy are better than eny iphone! Samsung proved they can launch innovative products ,and i'm not talking just about the Galaxy series...remember Pixon 12 the first 12 mp launched phone,the amoled technology,first HD phone and culminating with the Galaxy series! Samsung needs nothing from Apple and they build their reputation on their own baks!

Here, iphone4 price is USD800 on the other hand sgs2 price will be USD650, cant wait untill end of july....
