It looks like HMD Global wants to keep the brand's fame for creating solid devices intact.

I'm rough on my phones and would like to know where the inherent failure points are before I drop the $$$ on one.

When it comes About pc's their is really no competition, and that is why windows is the most spread? Nope my friend, windows is the most used cause it has what it takes. Everything for everybody. From administrators to simple people. Nokia was and is famous cause of the quality and innovation their devices always brought to the table. DO NOT FORGET every mobile in this world uses NOKIA technology inside. Nokia has so many patents and innovations they are just light years ahead of them all, so called manufacturers you talk about.

Zack's little comments here and there are really funny when you pay attention to them.
And I wouldn't expect anything less from Nokia.

Anonymous, 18 Dec 2017I really do appreciate that Nokia purposedly came back maki... moreNokia was popular cause it didn't have competition like there is now. Every year we get 10+ more brands that do new devices. Back in the day there was under 10 of these who made phones so the competition was none existent back in the day.

About build quality we can talk about it when these phones have been out all over the world for 3-4 years. Right now what we have is only reviews by fan boys who seem like they are paid to give great reviews about built quality.

Nokia use to be different then other but now they are same like any other that use Android as a OS.

I've got this phone and it's so good. Totally worth for its low price, top class build, and just does everything I need.

AnonD-692822, 18 Dec 2017Of course it passes the test. It is Nokia and made of metal... moreYou clearly haven't watched the rest of his videos because there's plenty of glass back phones that survive the test

Anonymous, 19 Dec 2017Seriously, what is the purpose of this video???? How to des... morehe does it with every phone for "no reason". But there's more to it: This guy repairs phones and uses the phones he burns/scratches and destroys as daily drivers. Why is this important? There's alot of people running around with scratched and bent devices out there who might want to know if their phone can survive their everyday usage (buillding site e.g.). Also the Vlogger can tell about the "repairabilty" of phones! For many people it's important not to have massive repair-payment after spending 1000$ on their iphones etc.

A proper mid range, spec wise, is nokia 7. Nokia 6 was an utter dissapointment, spec wise, as a mid range.

I've watched the video and it gives me more thrill XD. I so happen to have the Matte Black version of the 5. Considering its only a mid-range phone, the design, built, quality and durability is one of the factors I consider buying this phone. Though it has a bit low specs for a mid-range one. Glad I choose Nokia.
