It is not a good idea thus, abandoned. V30 is a much cleaner looks. Apple made what LG created into something worst. Huawei here just simply copying for the sake of copying. Pointless having notch with physical home button on the front too. Come on, Huawei, innovate something please. They got powerful Kirin chipset and nothing on design. What is going on in the design team?

They have made me impressed on the Huawei Mate 10 series, only to let me disappointed to see a iPhone rip-off design as its primary successor (preliminary).

All they know is copy/paste. In this case, the worst thing possible - that fugly notch lmao

There are three schematics so we have choices. Let's choose the one with full Top and Bottom bezels. Don't pick the one with the notch. I just want at least a grip when I landscape gaming.

The sense of a notch is to use all the space possible. If there is a bottom bezel, there is no need for a notch. It's just to copy the iPhone design.
