They should give access to unlock bootloader and they should release kernel sources... Device shipped with Oreo should support project treble. This is the main reason all OEMs will launch their device with nougat.... I will wait for device shipped with Oreo and project treble..

Still OEMs are not ready to launch their device with Oreo. Its a shame. Google should make it as compulsory to launch new device with latest android version

Relax guys, i think this one got NFC. It cant be Nokia doesnt put one. Nokia 3 had it. So Nokia 6 (2018) must be having it too.

Is the fingerprint reader a bit too low and near the middle of the phone rather than nearer the top? Not sure why the camera flash is so far down pushing the fp reader down. I think the nokia 7 ergonomically is a little better in this respect.

It's looks are beautiful, the chamfered edges with color trims give the phone a nice and refined finish. I might finally consider getting one now that it has a decent processor, hopefully in white whith gold accents, the pink one, while gorgeous, is not for me.

So it does have Type-C. That's a plus. Launching with Nougat is still a negative. But the pricing is fair. $260 for Snapdragon 630, 4GB RAM/64GB storage. Yeah. I think that sends a message given how the Moto X4 and HTC U11 Life both debuted at $400 and $350 respectively with the same processor. This should push companies to use the 636 and 640 should they want to charge more.

Hmd choose right processor sd630 this time and iconic nokia design. I have no problem with this standard 16:9 aspect ratio, not too big, too small. For me new 18:9 aspect ratio is good and I'll wait until optimization of web content develope to follow this footprint.
Lastly it's better if nokia 6's keep logo only at back for more clean looking.

Actually a very competitive price for the specs it sports. Well done nokia! Will make for a very good secondary phone indeed.

It's a good phone for this price but global launch should happen soon as phones with similar specifications are available in the market.
