    On the other hand, I'm pulling a consistent 6 hours SOT with my note 8, so whatever software changes Samsung has made in experience 8.5 over 8 must include some pretty amazing power management improvements. Curious to see what the Oreo and experience 9 will bring.

        Was anticipated to hear at first of the 3,200 mAh battery. but keeping it 3k is fine too. as long general endurance is better.

          Eh gonna skip this. I'll wait for s10 or further when 4000mah+ battery comes

            what is most consumed is the screen, the energy saving of the CPU is insignificant

                If every new generation chipsets were more and more power efficient, today smartphones would have 25h Screen-on time.It's just gimmick.
