          Stock android is much better.
          And we cant compare J3 to low end chinese model. For example J3 in my Shop cost 167 eur.
          But in my country about 76 companies sells J3 and price range varies between each shop from lowest which is 139 up to 199 eur highest price. Middle of that is 169 eur. For a 169 Eur you can buy Xiaomi Note 4 which is 10000x times better than a J3 2017.
          This is uncomparable.
          Even a xiaomi 4A is much beter and cost only aroud 110 eur. At least global version offers 32GB storage and 2GB ram with a decent 3120 battery,

              Plus, on S8 I can uninstall pretty much any Samsung app I want. Same with most of Google apps, only Microsoft apps are exception, but hey, I might need them (my computer is about to die) and only BS app I don't use or need as of yet but can't remove it is Skype...

Everyone stupidly ditching it are merely giving their customers to Samsung, and I'd proudly stick with them if I have to. After all, was never planning on settling for anything less than the Galaxy Note line in the future; if it doesn't have an active digitizer pen and a headphone jack, it ain't worth the upgrade to my Note 8.

                  Instead of lot of bloatware who noone wants.
                  Anyway i have to ask what you cant customize on stock android?
                  You can download any app from google play you want also music movies e-books etc.
                  Dunno where you aiming.
                  I am satisfied with my stock android. And i am glad i dont hve lot of crap in phone like some of my customers who had a j3 2016 and disk full of crap and laggy phone because of full disk.

                        Samsung version gives you more customization and features.
                        The S8 active has flat screen, and putting glass protector on it makes it perfection for people like you, who really care about safety of their phone. You should check it out. Phone is made out of metal, plastic and rubber and is pretty much a tank.

                          The S8 owns any moto phone in processing speed, UI, features, camera, water resistance and not to mention design. And you now say "Moto charges faster" - well, I don't care, I never had the need to fast charge. If you fast charge your phone daily then I understand (and feel sorry for your battery aswell) but that's just not dealbreaker to anyone not to have fastest possible charging. Which is also likley to be worse for battery. I assume the battery health is the reason why other companies don't use it.

                            What a surprse, 2 year old 2GB phone is already useless. I remember telling then that 2GB of RAM is not enough, I told them that they burn their money ... and sure enough.

                            Low RAM causes kernel panics, which if they happen for long enough can corrupt the low quality flash storage that LG is uses and eventually cause the infamous boot loop bug (corrupt partitions).

                            And I was telling them "don't buy that phone" and they were insisting "This is a google's phone, Google would never turn her back to her phones" ... It's not even the case that they *want* to turn their backs to it, the issue is that it s*cks. RAM is the first thing you see if you want future proof phones and no Google phones are future proof, 2 years at best ... even Pixel 2 (just 4GB which is nothing for a flagship, even 6GB gets old at this point)...

                                      Moto X4 have pure android without any extra junk.
                                      And there is lot more i should continue but i am tired to says why your samsung is good only on paper.
