It is nice a 5inch screen but same size as XZ1 compact, I really don't know why the trolls should giving negative comments.

134 mm is a bit too much. It's a whole cm taller than Compacts.
18:9 5'' is 113.6 mm × 56.8 mm, meaning top and bottom bezels are giant - 1 cm each and 4 mm for edge bezels. Which is still a lot. It's not a bezeless device. It's just a taller Compact. That's it. Still with all that giant bezels.

Well, if people are practical, yes, but I read enough comments to know this trend could be more than just a trend. But I agree 16:9 is the best aspect ratio for any display.

If Sony can interpret that well this could be a game changer for them in resurrecting their sinking sales. Correct ergonomics, nice contemporary styling, upto date works and performance and great Camera experiece are on most buyers preferences. Dont be shy to imitate, copy or borrow the ingredients of a perfect recipe. I hope Sony people can understand English also besides Japanese to make sense of this. Horses for courses in different body sizes as demand be, is sure to put them back.

Your logic is flawed. These specs suggest a 16:9 screen. If it was indeed 18:9 then it would have huge bezels, like the old one since it would have same width screen on a same width phone... Im guessing this will be something like a smaller xa2 design
