    hi , i have been using my htc sensation for over a month and i recently been getting the screen issues and it seen to be gettin worse by the day any idea of how to stop it is appreciated

      I have also the same issue with the HTC Sensation in relation to the touchscreen issue. I kept thinking this was just my phone until I googled and found this. I was actually seeing if anyone else had a problem with their volume. When I am in a shopping centre or in the car I can hardly hear the person on the other end and when it is on loud speaker I can't hear then and when I turn it up their voice is muffled, does anyone else have this issue?

        Have had my sensation for 4 months - have experienced several system crashes from the first week as well as the clock resets to random time zones. When this happens my appts times in my calendar change and change back when I manually reset the time - wierd.
        Over the past few days I'm experiencing the touch screen issues.
        My husband has the same phone and had touch screen issues after about two weeks - It was sent for repairs and they told him it had water damage and would cost $350 to fix!! He does not recall the phone coming into contact with any water.

          Good morning, I bought the HTC sensation and a week to buy half problems with the screen, the touchscreen was not responding, automatically reset the phone, but after a few days back to give me problems, plus I had entered on the screen dust HTC call, execute the guarantee, picked him up in my home and after 30 days I returned a phone with new screen and updated with the new touch. even today after almost 7 months I have not problems with the teléfono.muy happy with it.

              I have had mine for awhile, u can't always get the stupid screen to unlock if its plugged in. It keeps resetting itself. I'm noticing the touch sceen input issue. Also there are times the battery gets super hot and then drains to almost zero. Battery life is becoming an issue. I'm really disappointed in this phone.

                  I've had my Sensation for a few months now and suddenly it can't detect my touch anymore. I can't unlock to receive call or anything. Other than that it is working fine. Any suggestions on what to do?

                      Last week I purchased this phone and found that there are lot of issues with this handset. First it has unresponsive touch screen and dose not work according to the touch instructions and most of the time I poped up with the message that "SD card removed unexpectedly" and then you have either rebooted again or some times remove the SD card and re-insert it again. When go to the Android Market for downlaod any software specially when you press the downlaod button on the screen its usually selects the down word area and very unresponsive most of the times as you have to select it more than four times to get the actual selection. It was a pethatic experience with lots of errors poping to force close the application due to some error in loading/executing the application. There are also certain Camera issues that it does not focus while capturing the image so you have to first focus it and then press the snapshot button on the screen still nothing gauranteed for the best shot.
                      I suggest that HTC being a reputed company should recall all the sets from the market to maintain its repo other wise many other companies performing much better in their QA/QC part.

                        I bought a HTC sensation phone a week back and put it on charge via an electric output. I instantly felt a current leakage in the handset which aggravated as the phone got charged. I took it back to the electronic goods store but they routed me to the HTC service center. At the service center the regional manager tried coaching me on vibration mode (!!) and how the current cannot flow to the case of the phone. But its there, so its there, and these guys are not willing to admit it. Brand new phone, with a current leakage - anyone else experienced this?

                          I have just had this phone for about 2 months and I already have a few issues with it.
                          It has a touchscreen problem where it is not responsive, a keyboard problem where it inputs the wrong letters and a screen shot issue where it takes a screen shot when I hit the home button.

                            I have the same issues and have tried repairs noted online with no success. I recently called HTC and they said it should be under warranty if there is no damage and the warranty sticker is still intact. After having a T-mobile rep. look it over and visually checking for damage I sent it in to them for repair. Now they say there is "Case damage" and it's not covered by warranty. The case looked new when I sent it in so I have no idea what they are talking about!

                              I've had my sensation for a month now..I noticed it gets a lot hotter then any phone I've ever had and I've had almost every phone u can think of..I haven't had any of these touch screen problems till today and the one thing I did different today was changing my lock screen to the photo one..when I put it back to the wallpaper lockscreen it was fine again..

                                    I am having issues. I got my phone 12 days ago on a new contract. My screen keeps freezing becomes unresponsive. I have killed apps removed apps etc to see if that helps. My WiFi is fine and so is my signal etc... My weather widget often stops working or can't get the weather. It's the screen freezing that annoys me the most. Only a restart sorta it out. It's updated aswell to 2.3.4 but had no issues till today. It's froze 8 times now. Hope it gets fixed soon as I have this phone for 24 months!!!!

                                        6 weeks after I bought the phone the charge port broke. The black piece that goes over the prongs inside just fell out and Tmobile states not covered under warranty! Very frustrating after paying so much for this phone and then having to shell out a deductible to get a new phone through the insurance!
