Snapdragon 845 benchmarks show an incredible GPU, faster CPU

The processor performance gains are incremental, but on the GPU side the only current competition is Apple.

40 % +increase in multi core could lead into the high 8000s and 9000s
The camera will record in 4k at a higher fps also

      Edge to edge screen like XA.

      This Xperia and U12 can be the best of 2018, but tech site will say it is S9. Because they do not want to lose readers.

        wow thats impressive great job but am pretty sure sammy's exynos will be better well actually is always been better lets see what will happen further on :)

          Slightly behind Apple's A11 in GPU, on the CPU end the gap is widening though and Apple is running in a league of their own. Expect SD845 to score 2600-2700 in single score, which is good enough to put it just past the 2015 A9. 2-3 years of development, that's the gap we're looking at.

            Definitely 845 is monster! To Qualcomm!! Give me an option like this: aptX Hi-Res however, I'll waiting for sd985 with Cortex a97+a87

              HTC 12 will be sporting this.

              100% my next phone, I think this may be the year that HTC nail it.

              Large memory, edge to edge display, waterproof, OIS camera, stereo speakers, 845 chip, large battery, 4K display.

              Not sure any other phone can boast such a list of specs.

              Only thing I'd change is the 4K display, it's not necessary, far too much for a phone.

              So long as the battery can keep up and hopefully beat 2017 flagships i'm sold.

              Well done to Qualcomm for smoking apple in most tests :)

                Still games and apps are better optimised for iOS. No matter how powerful the gpu is on this snapdragon 845 games will still run slower due to poor app/game optimisation in Android.
