Jus... morewell dear, the skin of Sony has nothing much to offer with dull styles (it all differs to people's different opinions) with no special features while on the other hands, Samsung flagships offers way more features and software tweaks, so it takes a lit bit longer for them to release updates, anyway if Sony is better, more people might have been using it now but I guess it's not happening anyway! so yeah! ( even with Samsung marketing, if their product is sh*t,no use in marketing those craps right? so hope you know that Samsung expereice OS is still on top of any Sony crap right now

        Not surprise, we now how they slowed down phone from time to time, maybe they want to make sure the s8 slows down fron that update so that peope wikk buy the s9. Wahahaha.

                Must be the due to the heavy skin again. They seriously need to make it much leaner or ditch it for pure android. Only the Note series needs the add-ons.

                  my xz premium has oreo 8.0.0 since 3 months ago, also it has Feb security patch, and everything runs perfect!
                  Samsung is having a hard time figuring out how to develop a safe version of android 8.0.0 to their flagships.

                    Wonder what exactly causes the reboot. Been running the Oreo beta for a while now with no issues. Its a good update, worth the wait

                              I’m not even a Samsung fanboy and I hate there touchwiz UI. But honestly Samsung start to impress me for how they care about there devices in kinda like Apple way! I think Samsung in right direction and I hope they get there on OS cause they deserve it.
