i think apple is worried samsung's galaxy s2(or its variant) launches before its iphone 5,in US,there will be no buyer left for there iphone...
That is why apple is trying hard to restrict samsung mobiles in US...

I wish Apple would concentrate on their own products rather than running after other companies.....

"The request for injunction was filed with no notice to Samsung, and the order was issued without any hearing or presentation of evidence from Samsung."
Apple obviously bribed German courts

This is the definition of Apple by www.urbandictionary.com
Apple
A horrendous company that has somehow managed to stay afloat for years and appeal to a mass of misguided people. They specialize in taking existing technology, making it all shiny and fancy looking, and re-selling it for double the price. Ironically, their slogan is "Think Different".
Their latest and greatest gadget that's getting all the attention is, of course, the iPhone, which is basically comparable to any high-quality $150 phone, except it has "innovative" touch screen technology, and it sells for $600.

guys, i may have a solution regarding Apple's ban for the Galaxy Tab in Europe.
what if we, the consumers, were to sue Apple for denying our freedom of choice?
if we want to buy a Galaxy Tab, who are Apple to deny us this right?
this IS against our human rights, it affects maybe more than the producer...
so let's stand up against these a-holes and get the products we want, where, when and how we want them!
