Copycat...dont think so. Apple is copycating everybody else and now they got cocky and suing everybody else. and soon they say that Apple invented the smart phone, so everybody has to pay....
And what the hlll? How can one contry ban other contrys markets???

So Sammy should raise a suite aggainst Apple that not mentioning that hard ware made by others such like Sammy....

HAHAHA, not being able to compete at all with Samsung, Apple decided to go the dirty way. They went: "Ohh, please court, ban all Samsung devices cos they are way better than mine and Android just kills iOS".

Firstly to be clear that I am not a Apple fan or samsung hater.
Well being a rational smartphone user i personally dislike the strategy of copy cating like samsung is doing, we all have to admit that samsung has copied the mobile design and other things from apple and introduced his own duplicate phone which is not an innovation. Any body in the business can do so but there are always some rules to follow which samsung didn't and facing this situation.

samsung makes good product but too bad it often looks like apple.. they can do better. on the other hand apple is just panicking.. next year, they won't be the best selling smartphone anymore.. samsung is coming fast... anyway, still .. Go Samsung!

Really saying.. Samsung has always been copying....look at the link from the user "Experience" below about a laptop....
Thirdly..... the Galaxy Tab has been banned in Germany and Australia...I dont think those are US states.... and hence it proves that Apple has a point...

Once again, WTF, Apple?! Tablets are TABLETS! Period. There are only so many ways to design them: rectangular, flat, with big screen. How is that copying?! If the folks at Apple had any sense, they'd design products that function and can stand up to normal wear and tear without the need for expensive covers and casings. Instead, they're trying to wipe out every single potential rival. I heard they're going to sue HTC too. I used to like Apple until their dumb iPhones turned all my friends into iDouchebags.

If anyone should take someone to court it should be the makers of star trek taking apple to court. Star trek came up with the pad in 1987 with the next generation and before. Apple copied it and it was even called a pad on the tv show!

For the example If u have a twin boys which have a "similiar" looks, nobody said that it was copycat, because the twins have a different things that we can see and feel for the differents such as physical things or mental things such like behaviours or ego.
let's see for analogical words:
Twin boys= ( apple and Samsung )
physical things= hardware
mental things= software
Which was the good boy?
The boy that had a good appriciated of the whole things from the "others"(user)!!!!

Samsung got what they deserved. Their Galaxy line of crappy devices needs to get banned in the whole world. I hope yhey lose to Apple and pay HUGE amount of cash and royalties.
Nokia should join the fray and sue Samsung and demand them to pay HUGE royalties.

Apple has a good design for hardware, software and good market ( for fews people only :))
Samsung has good innvation for TV/LCD/LED screen and home appliances, and now smartphone also the tablet, if we looked back for the development,this company has been growth naturally to follow the wave of technologies....( like Bada and Android).
But look for the facts, the massives production and market goes to Samsung, i thinks Apple company is jealous about the growth of samsung in electronic consumers, grow up Apple this is the real world and the techs is for the good kind all of us, not just for u. Good software will be running on the good hardware too. Not just keep a little technologies for next version like iPhone or I Pad.
