For all you samsung fanboys, can any genius explain for me why didn't samsung come first with the iphone/ipad if they were really that good?
Why don't you grow up and just admit the truth. Samsung never rised to the appealing and desirable level until they totally copied apple! If it wasn't for copying apple, samsung would still have the most ugly and boring devices.
So thanks to apple this changed! But being rude and claiming that samsung is original is just plain stupid and unacceptable.
PS: I'm not even an apple user, I use android and only android phones, but at least I have the balls to admit the truth, and yes samsung deserves what happened to them.

Apple is all about reliability i believe , yes samsung makes better specs or better features but they are not as appealing as iphone .
for example , You buy a galaxy s2 phone now and then after a month or so iphone 5 comes and then galaxy s2 users starts research on iphone 5 more than they researched their own galaxy s2 and then pick negative sides of the new iPhone and talk only positive aspects of galaxy s2 but it never works , sales show how good people get satisfaction by apple products .
look at consumer reports and almost everywhere macs/iphones/iPad occupy highest position but market share of windows/android is high but still other products fail to satisfy the consumers and can't give end-user-experience as good as apple does .
mac-book-air is good example where apple stores went "out of stock" for a laptop which has no optical drive in some particular locations .
people who comment "apple sucks" or "iphone don't have flash" are the people who some refer as "trolls" , if u really like flash that much , why are coming to blog which doesn't have flash items and reading articles or coming into comments/forums where u don't need flash .
if flash or features or specs are such a big problems , apple won't be in profits .
This is what we call reliability :
If X sells well, then it is a good product. X contains something a few people do not like.
Y does not sell well, but it contains something that a few people like.
Simply put, if it they are TRULY doing something wrong, they'd go bankrupt. If people complain, but the product is still selling well, then there is something to be said about those people.

Hopefully these issues happen early because the power of Samsung is just starting, it will still be effective and this company will be stronger. Samsung will just redesign its phones and apps, that's all. It may take some weeks or months but Apple still has a big competitor and I can say some big competitors even when he's trying to stop the speed of success for Samsung and others. Also the other competitors will take these lessons to better work and better success. The same history will repeat again like in the past Apple had an closed business and fail until he success with the Ipod and Iphone and it tends to be in the same scenario again in the upcoming years; the competitors will win anyway because the mass of innovation always come from them due to the open businesses, open minds and open innovation models !

I am getting tired of people saying Samsung cannot design their own products. Have you people been to an electronics shop recently and seen their design of TVs and other electronic items. As far as I am aware Apple don't make tvs so how are they designing these items as they cannot copy from Apple?

I hope all the Apple fanboys are happy with this. If Apple's products are so god dam good, then why do they care if Samsung release something similar
Someone said before that the patent system is flawed - spot on. One of the patents that the Tab 10.1 infringes is the "look and feel" of the product. Give me a break - how can you patent that?
Samsung, (who provide some key components for Apple's products), should cancel the contract and watch Apple squirm and come crawling back

I dont think Apple are scared of Samsung tablet sales as Samsung have to sell over 30 million tablets.
The problem is if Samsung bosses had just kept quiet this may not have been a problem the reason why i say this is it has been well noted that when bosses saw the they style of ipad 2 they said out in the open that we have to go back to the drawing board. which they did do and basically came up with something that people not in the know have said is that an ipad. while i dont think is great that these companies spend so much time in and out of court lets be honest Samsung are not going to win any design awards in orginality. all honesty this was coming towards Samsung for a long time.

Samsung is a great company and it dosen't need using apple patents.but it seems americans cant bear a powerfull rival and they want to sell more by deporting their rivals.who knows today is samsung's turn maybe later will be others' turn.but americans can't continue their way by force!

Appppple is so discusting when it comes to their retarted phones & pads. their are so braging about their features(facetime-nokia had that in 2006 or 2007),their design(if u drop iphone4 the glass crack). Samsung have better design and features and hardver. I HATE u apple. I hope Samsung win this
