AnonD-2677, 11 Aug 2011The tech world is more interested in the N9 than in Nokia's... moreI disagree. It serve the US right...no need to release N9 in US because they will still listen to Steve "The Wonder" Job. Just forget about US Nokia, leave them alone using their Toy Phone..haha. All phones manufacturer should do the same, leave US alone..haha

As if this phone, with MeeGo, hadn't been giving off the impression of being shunned enough so far. Not the USA, not the UK - pray tell me, where IS this phone coming to then?

Wait a second - what an irony! It's interesting to see that the same markets who have relegated Nokia to third world markets by their indifference are now feeling slighted by Nokia's (or Elop's) decision not to release one of their phones in their market. What I don't understand is why they care at all, as it's all but certain that even if nokia releases the phone there they'd still not buy it.

i think its a good idea to kill meego, because they have to give their full effort to wp7.we actually don't know the capabilities of wp7,it may be the next leader in mobile OS.

The problems of this phone are to charge it. The place of the USB port is the major problem. On the top under the plastic cover. The plastic cover breaks easy, and if you charging it is triable to use. It is the design of this phone.

                                    FEAR!

Fear that the N9 will expose the weakness of Windows on its home turf.

....but we all know Windows is crap anyway, the stats on actual sales speak for themselves.

Like Apple; MS are control freaks, afraid of competition and will exercise their financial clout when it surfaces!

this must be a part of the deal btwn MS and nokia. dont release the phone in market where WP7 is supported? or at least in markets where MS wants to establish itself.
i only wished nokia tried to give this device a chance, so much money spent on R&D and you dont want to cash in on some of ur loses ?
