i've loved samsung's smartphones ever since i got to know what is a smartphone...but the idea behind this is to copy the 'top of the line' image created by apple's products or with nokia's n series...i just hope it doesn't ends up with overpricing of their top products.

Samsung flooding the market with their cheap cheesy products, and now their giving them names! The huge difference between nokia and samsung, is that nokia was always original back then! Even with their flaws still Nokia managed to have a strong and worthy name in the mobile world.

Whereas, samsung is referred as the (copyist). The whole world knows that samsung lives by copying others ( apple - se - nokia ) you name it.

Even samsung fans admit that samsung is cheap yet they like their technology. Well done samsung you managed to sell more phones than a lot of companies but to bad you lost your respect and dignity! No one will respect a company that can't innovate and only imitate.

I think it's a great idea. It's not that complicated at all. As easy as abc. It's like ranking the phones.

Hear that? It's the sound of Samsung's copiers running. Can't they do ANYTHING original? Even Bada is a copy! Ugh! Samsung = Most unoriginal company in the world!

Everyman, 14 Aug 2011Hey guys. I just wanted to say that it doesn't really matte... moreTo improve and innovate is fine, but to blatantly take what others have worked hard to develop is theft. This is a problem that runs deeper, as copycat culture is prevalent in Chinese and Korean culture.

                Some examples:

Hey guys. I just wanted to say that it doesn't really matter whether sammy is copying Nokia or Apple; the thing that really matters is that the outcome is better than other companies! whether u accept it or not!

[deleted post]In general I like to give them benefit of the doubt, but I do feel this samsung bias as well. Not too much, but it is there.

From the chart above, to me its saying that all these letter codes are 'within' the 'Galaxy S' series, because if you look its in the middle and the lines below go out to both sides of the lettering system, like in a family tree for instance, just the way I percieve it, I would rather it be the other way, so 'S' being on top followed by 'R' rather than all the R's and lower being 'part of' the 'S' series. What do you al reckon?
