They admit it and fix it free of cost for users which is nice.
Other companies would be "you wanna new sim car? Here it is for 19.99$, and plus tax plus shipping"

Kudos on taking full responsibility of the issue Sammy. If it were some fruity corp, they'll most likely come up with "only 9 were affected" or "you're ordering it wrong!"...
