Samsung acknowledges SIM goof-up in Galaxy S9 shipments

Not only that, the company is now sending correct SIM to affected users free of cost.

    Why are people still buying phones on a plan, let alone buy the s9 on a plan? You get loads of bloatware, and the slower snapdragon 845.
    And the monthly payments are something stupid, dont buy something if you cant afford it, just save up the money before you buy something.
    I bought a 475 euro mate 10 pro, and got unlimited calls/sms/4g for 25 a month. So much better as paying over 30 a month for just the phone.

      If it was Apple, they would make up some excuse for their poor actions and choices like "You're (insert '-ing' form of verb here) it wrong!"

            I love how they add 'at no cost' to their statement to make a good impression to their brand. The affected users might want $10 worth of data or talking time as a compensation but instead they got this 'at no cost' thing lol.
