I definitely agree here! S845/X9810 with 6GB of ram and 128 Storage, 3000 mAh battery in a 4.7in body. and all the modern goodies in 16:9 and bezelless. I'll toss my S9 for the Alpha 2 if it happens~!

Man maybe you dont know but 244 is manufacturing price and 579 is selling price of a brand new. 58% most of that goes for their super expensive marketing because without it Samsung wont sell much i can gzuarantee that.
They are really expensive. And definitely not worth the price Samsung asking for.

give your old daily driver (After being backed up and wiped) to get a decent discount on the device you want.
MY S9 was bought for the same price as a redmi note 4 due to that system (749-580= ~190$)

Samsung always brings the best hardware to the android world.
Best display, amazing camera tech, fastest processor available and more software features than any other phone.
I mean just look at the s9+ review . It's virtually perfect, maybe except for subjective matters.
Only problem is their starting price nowadays is insane and you have to wait at least half year if you want to get a more reasonable deal.

Galaxy S phones are overpriced phones, made to fool people, to think they are special owners of the very best. Samsung is a greedy company, like Nokia was, they care only about the 300% profit to make. I am happy with my chinese phone, bought with half the price of a galaxy s6, but with same performance and better battery :)

That is why I see only geek... moreActually SD 600 originally for flagship smartphone (Qualcomm web) thats why it used for S4 and HTC flagship,
and SD800 for android tablet until LG G2 come, it might be because tablet sales didnt take off.

Galaxy alpha. The only samsung phone that I loved the most! Too bad it was trashed at 5.0 lollipop and died from emmc problems! S6 is the second my favourite and seems like sammy still updates him. Long live s6!

It was quite a looker, indeed (the S6) but lacked the SD card, which is why I had the LG G Flex at that time.
Afterwards I've went back to petite body, the P9, and then moved to the S8, Note 8. And currentlya proud owner of S9

That is why I see only geeks care about cpu/gpu. It does not affect sales.

In my opinion the Edge+ has best design of Samsung. Way better than s9.
But it is easy to see that s6 was based on iphone 6. They moved jack and speaker to bottom. Thin body, cam bump and small battery.
I dont even like Apple stuff, but many things on Samsung phones were previous found on iphones ..

No samsung galaxy will ever beat the s4. Fantastic phone. Back in the day it was hot as ever. Best selling for a reason.the amount of features that phone come with was incredible. Nostalgia.

Next year make a successor to the S5 - with all the features, but not too pretty. I'm really satisfied with mine. It's in a case anyway and it would still be in a case if it looked like the S9.
