I still hate the Cyclops' eye, and trust me that's a minor way of calling it.
All notch lover's get an iPhone X and if you can't well... Get a OnePlus or an Oppo or a Vivo.... You get the General Idea...
We don't need another poor Man's iPhone X. It's time android phone makers Get real & show some guts. Learn from Samsung. They haven't changed the design just cos Apple has.
We need good phones, not good copies.
PS: I still hate the Eye of Cyclops aka the NOTCH

The way elongated screens and notches are used today are not practical at all. On the contrary. Most (if not all) notched phones have no notification LED.
If you'd have a separate left down-swipe (notifications) and right down-swipe (quick toggles) then a notch is a visible divider. But the way non-modified Android utilises a down-swipe now (single down-swipe for notifications and double down-swipe quick-toggles) a notch is completely useless.
Besides. The iPhone X fails to achieve it's sales goal (and thus is by definition: a failure) yet Android handset makers keep following this "failure"! How stupid is that?

I don't know why you waste your nervs on forum discussions, while no one listens to the fans. As you can see they doesn't listen, they are telling us we don't know what is good for us. Just don't buy the phone, there are notchless phones.
Next year they will change their mind if the model is not sold good enough. We shouldn't be loyal to companies, which doesn't care for their clients, just move from one company to another.

Super pathetic.. Tge notch from hell! Its gonna be a funny historic glitch in phone designs. How hard is it to make a tiny hole in the screen for a "multi sensor" and earpiece can be on the back or through another tiny hole

All this endless copycat dialogue. Who cares. I mean, notch or all the way across. You have to house the bloody bits and pieces somewhere so a notch is necessary. Just because it's not all the way across, you get all this ranting. Many companies take good points from others so it also has practicality. Just get on with it. Copying is a form of flattery. I prefer the utility bar all the way across. It's all subjective at the end.
