Did I say anywhere in my comment that Moto is not owned by Chinese I said that the quality is superior , they have their own R&D and design language unlike Xiaomi that just Blatantly copies other brands.

Volvo is owned by geely so your saying both of them are of same quality .
Iphone is manufactured by foxconn the same manufacturer that manufactures infocus.
Even though companies are owned by Chinese dosent mean the quality between them and their counterpart is the same .
Motorola Has it's own R&D , parents and design language unlike Xiaomi that just copies and pastes everything.
Quality is based on the brand and not on the country aleast some times in life give your Brain some work.
Just watch a teardown video of a Nokia or Motorola phone and compare that with Xiaomi you'll know the difference of quality between them.

if u wanna pay almost 400$ for a phone u must choose nokia 7 plus(very good feature+ best update u will seen+ even nokia 6, nokia 5 give android 8.1 update)
if u wanna pay 200-250$ u must think about redmi note 5 pro, due to the test i see in other website,the device can executing all of the game u can imagine with very good battery
between 250-300$ meizu e3 , with a side mounted fingerprint scanner
both of them have sd636 & lower price than others brand
but nokia 7 plus have sd660

Cheap build Materials Aluminium Plate with 2 plastic bands stuck on top and bottom.
Useless Subpar cameras both on front and back.
Cheap Display and LCD glass [ No gorilla Glass].
No USB C and Fast charging.
No Worldwide availability only in emerging markets even if you import it from a Chinese website no service.
No R&D same design for 3 years Copy and Paste from iPhone hell even the OS is a blatant shameless copy. [Miui]
Who will pay more than 150$ for a Subpar Chinese Second Copy.
