Fun fact, OnePlus 5 was the last cheapest smartphone in 2017 compared to Nokia 8. Now their upcoming OnePlus 6 is slightly expensive than the Nokia 8 sirocco.

Unless the camera is much improved (OIS really is a must) they will be trounced by the Mi Mix 2S. I'm not even talking about the fact that last year's flagships (like the Galaxy S8/S8+) will likely be as cheap (or even cheaper) than this, while having local customer support, IP certification and many other novelty features (like a true flagship).

They should change the motto from "Never Settle" to "Never learn your lesson".

Muni.Muni.Myaa, 02 Apr 2018Still security patch of December on 3T. No commentI'm on October for my LG G6.

Although I shouldn't complain, since I compared it to the OnePlus 5 at the time; it has a better camera, speakers, and waterproofing. And where the OnePlus 5 cost around US$600 shipped in my country, I grabbed the LG G6 in June 2017 for US$350 which is a steal.

Same story with the ZTE Axon 7 which costed again US$600 here, and the OnePlus 3 and 3t were a no-go due to lacking the LTE frequencies of the carriers here.

Yeyah. Flagship killer killed itself. Yearly price hike and poor design with a great promotional campaign that incites you to learn to appreaciate the device's faults while there are other phones without the aformentionned faults and at a now similar price.

What I hate about companies like this one is that they start really really well as "flagship killers" always listening to their costumers. But every release they become more mainstream and slowly but surely they become just another phone maker that copies whatever Apple and Samsung do. But they don't even copy it correctly I mean a phone that looks like the iPhone x but has a chin on the bottom and doesn't have things like water resistance or micro sd card expansion. If they copied Samsung and they offered a better price I would definitely be satisfied but copying the biggest company and the most copied company I mean look at the upcoming g7 or the p20 or the zenfone all of them suddenly adapted the notch. But Samsung didn't and that's why I slowly start to think that Samsung is becoming the next listening to the customers brand.Everyone complained on the s8 that it has a awkwardly placed fingerprint sensor then they released the s9 that fixes it

No buy for me unless you add water resistance for the $50 you are demanding additionally.
