Someone is surely biting the Apple and making a dent in it. Apple is afraid that Samsung Galaxy SII will knock off (or should I say already has) iphone share! SII is definitely a better device, miles ahead of iphone4 and worth the money.

Just my two cents. No need to get emotional over this news, evidently Samsung isn't - they'll just find a way around it. And Apple sure isn't, for them its business as usual - patent infringment happens every few weeks.
If its shocking news for you, great, but do try to inform yourselves on the subject, again, patent infringment is as old as the mobile market, simply because technological development is on a higher pace than the legislation to control it...
So please stop emo-trolling, all of you, and educate yourselves.

That gallery is stock android viewer so I don't get what is going to do with Samsung... if any infringe should goes to Google @@ ....

The Optimus 3d has a cracking display, and there is the small matter of the amoled Samsung displays which were already as good as or even better than retina before they even introduced the 'Super' version for the S2. Of course this is not necessarsily definitive of course as these things tend to involve a lot of subjectivity and I'm not a fanboi like you obviously are.
Where this is going to end. If this judgement stands then surely ios needs an even more fundamental change as thanks to apple now adding/poaching/inventing/copying/infringing/ripping off (delete as appropriate) other people's ideas themselve, ios now has a notification bar.
I just wish the morons behind this nonsense on all sides would stop suing each other and get back to innovating and making the buying public their priority.

SG SII, atrix, Evo 3d ( i repeat, 3d) all have higher resolution.

I laugh at all the iPhone and iOS supporters saying it's better than Samsung or other Android powered devices. Samsung copied iPhone??? What a joke this is !!! iPhone 4 can't even video call another brand phone over 3G network, can only video call another iPhone 4 and only over wifi. iPhone 4 has no built radio, iPhone 4 cannot MMS pictures to other phones, iPhone 4 cannot bluetooth sound or video files to other bluetooth enabled devices, iPhone 4 is not Flash enabled, iPhone 4 only accepts music files through iTunes,... the list goes on and on. These are all basic things that other low end smart phones can easily do let alone Android powered beasts like the Samsung Galaxy S2 which has a Dual Core CPU launched at least 6 months before iPhone 5 is launched. Face it, Apple is afraid of Samsung and Android hence why Apple is behaving like it is... Apple grow up and accept you are not the best and face up to your competition by prouducing better products.

Funny its very funny at least from my point of viwe,why you may ask...well very simple I use Iphone not a big fun of either Smasung /Apple etc....but got to say when apple got sued from patterns by nokia all androids fans went hip-hip hurai...now that apple wins over android its like apple sucks apple its wortless etc...Well boys and girls its not its acutly quite simple both are good difference is all say android comes free but apple cost ...and now i ask what?You get from Apple/Samsungs/Motorola/SE/Etc operating sistem its not like a pc and windows...And as far as free applications comes both are almost the same there are free application in app store also in android market also payed in both...Its only a matter of choice and thatsall and ofc some hardware differnce and lets not forget who has the nicest/highest res display???...Any android fan willing to share?Answer:Apple does yeah thats right
