Well Sammsung is fighting back on this.I just read on a portuguese website that Sammsung claims that Apple can not have a patent for the ipad´s format because they did not invented.Acording to Samsung the ipad´s format is exactely like the pads that apear in Stanley Kubrick´s 2011 Space Odissey.Now to see if it works or not

How can Apple be so jealous of Samsung and Android? They wanna sue sue sue for any little thing just because their brand aint so popular anymore. Apple sucks big time. Grow up Apple and just accept that you being beaten by a better product. Android and Samsung rocks!!

Apple sucks Android sucks blah blah blah blah, you all make me lough like little kids fighting over who's ice-cream is bigger. Just get the right phone for your needs. They are all great phones with a great OS. Get over it people and get a life.

The only bug is the phone.apk crashes when using a headset and you end the call after the display turns off. You'll have to use a version from an older rom (or not use a headset). Still, if you know enough to flash using odin, installing an older phone.apk shouldn't pose a problem.

android is the worst operating system, the phones are tacky and cheap, get some class like apple, origional is best, apple was first, android can do one!

Is it only legal to swipe to the next picture in gallery on iPhones, how stupid are these patents?
Swiping between pictures in gallery should not be allowed to patent at all!
Does not all phones, even every Nokia and every Microsoft WP7 and every Android and... use swipe between pictures in Gallery?
