Anonymous, 06 Apr 20186000mAh is a joke 4-5k would be plenty.if you play about 6 hours or more a day, thats a necessity, for sometimes they(the players)who play that long also stream the plays (sometimes with third party app). and its gonna need to provide all the juice needed(the phone)

Stupid aspect ratios like 18:9 or 19:9 whatever will ruin gaming experience. Simply put a 16:9 trimmed bezeless screen. Not OLED. IPS 120 Hz is better.

Surely, this will be a 16:9 phone?

                      OLED panel?

shongohan, 06 Apr 2018My dream still is that can reach at least 6.5" as the gamer... more6.5" 16:9 is to much to be able to hold it & operate on it vertical normally as I have one. 6" is idea with thin sides. 18:9 is not very useful even on the regular phone & it would be ridiculous along with game pads on a gaming one as the thing would look like a light sabre and not the phone or a mobile game console.

Anonymous, 06 Apr 20186000mAh is a joke 4-5k would be plenty.Making something called gaming phone that's not capable of keeping up with task of dedicated gaming for let's say 5h is missed one. So not even 6Ah battery is enough so more like two 5Ah one's & each on the one side of the phone so that weight is balanced equally. This would rise the weight to 300~350g but even that isn't that horrible as there are over the ear headphones that are heavier. I would also use three part shell design two plastic side ones with peripheral logic, game pads and batteries made of plastic & mid one made of three aluminium plates with two copper flat heat pipes (one for each side plate) that would be over the centrally positioned SoC and vertical sides RAM and NAND improving both thermals and user experience regarding heat as plastic will conduct lot less of it when you hold it to play game's.

A big battery also is a must.. why less than 6000ma? I dont care about thickness and more weight than normal and you? of course I dont like a phone with more than 250gr!

My dream still is that can reach at least 6.5" as the gamers sacrifice space in the pocket to have the biggest screen possible! I like more 16:9 than 18:9 for the old games where this beast will be the king. Emulators that need the sd845 performance. Good louder stereo sound could be necesary too. Dont need aditional controls as we can use an external joystick

Definitely need an XPeria play like phone. 12mm thickness is acceptable if it's slidable to a gaming rig like PSP and such.

my rule has always been you just keeps your electronics away from those environments
all together. do you really need to game on the toilet or shower and somehow are you going to be playing games on a building site or some really dusty place. If you spend that much time on a phone and cant look up to engage with the world around you then something is wrong.

Somehow from the teaser, if u ask me whether it looks like the GALAXY S8 or LG V30, I will say it looks more like a LG V30, like what??? But I hope it is some sort of their own design, maybe resembling the XIAOMI MI 6's type of design, and also bring back the 3.5mm headphone jack of course, WITHOUT a notch. I'm not hating on the notch, it looks good on some smartphones, like Essential PH-1 etc, but for a gaming smartphone to be more useful, u gotta go all in with the bezels; trim it all the way
