Discontinued Samsung Galaxy Note7 with Oreo on board gets Wi-Fi certification. Wait, what?

Since practically no one should be officially using the Note7, it's hard to guess why Samsung went for the WiFi certification of the Oreo update on the device.

      I'm not a Samsung fanboy, but I do give props to them for taking care of a basically 'dead' phone still.
      Other OEMs who have a perfectly working device gets no real updates, especially that smartphone, which was the first phone to have Nougat out of the box, and until now, is still on Nougat. Lol.

              Note 7 is another proof of that removable battery is the most important. It could save Note 7.

                I am having it as an Osu game player. It's the best (IMO) tool for playing Osu. excellent StB ratio. and the pen is grippy and accurate.

                        Wow. Didn't notice this new. Haha, well some people don't reurn their Note 7 because they love the design and development. Also, the Note FE is the last phone to have 16:9 display and front fingerprint / home button.

                              The Note 7 was the last great Samsung design and they badly screwed up the main thing, the battery with suicidal tendencies. Alas. I still have one and I rarely use it. Don't want to return.
