it doesn't provide any gain on experience in fact..... even feature phones can do black and white so for me is not a must ... about portrait with blur on back ground well it is nice but .... not a must for me ... for me a good camera with excellent dynamic range is a must
the best manual mode possible is must not that all of you use it not even me all time but I use it..... and if we add wide angle so I don't need to step back in order to capture all my buddies but just active my second camera is must have even if go to a beautiful place and you want to capture your buddies and a nice background wide angle is the key

getting sick of this dumb "anti-notch" stuff. like, open your eyes. slap the software black line beside the notch and now your notifications are IN the bezel, its logical and efficient.

I have tried it out once when I got my V20, I took 1 photo with the wide angle camera, then never ever again. If you want wide angle or telephoto photos, manufacturers should produce lens cases and swappable lens like what S7 and Note 7 had:

You know what is useful? About 1" camera sensor + OIS.

If there were no notch, you would lose screen for more bezel. They use that notched screen for your status bar, giving you more screen for content, instead of the status bar taking up the main part of your screen.

There's a reason only LG (& now ASUS) are putting wide-angle cameras on their phones. The rest of brands are going with either Telephoto or Monochrome (or both in case of Huawei P20 Pro, and the upcoming Mate 20 Pro). There's low demand for wide-angle cams.

G7 ... moreso it's ok for you to express your opinion and say the phone looks "fine" but if someone else's opinion differs from yours then that's not "fine"

Majority of ppl that'll buy this LG7 will not care about the notch except a few ppl on these forums. However bcuz a lot of noise is now being made concerning the notch it could lead to more bad publicity negatively impact LG sales...So stop complaining about the notch and give LG a fair chance with their latest flagship notched phone.

LG Superfan, 26 Apr 2018New second screen? It nowhere close to feature full second ... moreV20 was the last killer smartphone from LG. When V30 was released, the glass design reduced my expectations until this freakin' G7 side button....
Programmable? Or just... Assistant or..eh.

No doubt, I'm not gonna scream about the notch these days, but the next Mate will eventually kill all android smartphones in 2018 (even Pixels).

I don't mind the notch too much if you can hide it. Notch means less space for notifications but a bit more screen overall.
