Speaking of iPhone 5, it's very predictable that a new version of iphone will acquire more sales. Because even Apple makes an iPhone that looks like a 1990's model and with 2" monochrome screen, people will still buy it even for one grand and shout that their Apple iPhone is the best mobile phone ever created in this planet.

Apple is a good company and is doing good business with their phones. But do not like these cheap law suites filed by them against small companies who are trying to come up. Makes me hate apple as a brand even though their products are good.

Simple, they believed that because 'they were Apple' that a competing OS wouldn't damage them, sales or otherwise. Fastforward to 2011 (basically 2012 now), both OS have grown and both have amassed quite the following. Fact of the matter is Apple does not like competition and has drawn up allegations, regardless if they are true or falsified at this point, to remove the competition. This wouldn't be done if the Android OS was utter garbage compared to Apple's as some posters have been saying; what would be the point in suing then? They would have just ignored Android like they did in 2007/2008. You guys who are so vehemently defending Apple have to look at their actions and realize there is something fishy.

Cos apple know they cant win through actual product quality thrr going after patent law sick of it apple need to learn people want customization just wait for the lawsuit that comes whenthey release ios5 direct rip off of the notifocation bar lol come up with your own ideas

You know, patens where actually created for people, who invented something and dont want someone else to steal or take credit for your idea and invention. Apple for most times actually uses patent for stuff, which is really silly, like those rectangles with rounded corners... Never heard of anything, that is 2-Dimensional and got a patent on it. Dont even know, how you can put a patent on it, because they surely didnt invent that, like Benjamin Franklin didnt invent electricity, he just showed the world it exists. And, I knew of the existence of rectangles with rounded corners before the iPhone or iPod existed.
Why doesnt Mercedes sue EVERY other Automobile company for using engines, which make wheels move. And most of them have 4 wheels and doors so you can go inside and they all call it a car or an automobile and they all use steering wheels and a gas pedal and so on... Oh and brakes, omg brakes, how could someone just be so ruthless and copy something like that?
PATENTS are for TRUE INVENTIONS!!! And not for some stupid fingerfood... How can Apple make a patent on multitouch? They wanna say, they dont want to allow anyone to have controls with more than one finger? What kind of stupid patent is that?

But does apple eve... moreJust to know nokia is way far from apple mobiles designs and softwares and apple have no reason to start anything with nokia .The thing about apple is that it's not a single other company (except nokia ) thats its not copying all of their efforts .I just hope that samsung and htc will get what they deserve.

If people say it like that, that both have pros and cons, it looks like they are as good as the other one.
I wouldnt have a problem with iOS, if it would fell to its price, what it is really worth, but that stupid hype pushed it up to the top and makes me not beleive, how stubborn people can be, to protect what they bought, because they actually know themselves, that it was a fail to buy it, n ot because the product is, bad, because you could have had better, for MUCH less.
And people who are sad about not being able to use iTunes on Android... Being pushed to use iTunes to use your phone correctly is a really sad thing and wanting to use it has more to do with, having had an iPhone and used a lot of time to actually make it all work thru iTunes and dont want to throw away all that work. But there are apps for Android, so you can use and syncronisize your android phone with iTunes.

How on earth iOS and Andy behave the same ...if Microsoft says that Andy uses linux based codeing and MS says that Linux theyr own... that means iOS in an copy from Windows... FTF

They are number one in things of being greedy and manipulating its customers and in marketing. Thats why they can sell mid-range for twice as androids high-end devices.
There are no real viruses for Android, cuz it is linuxbased and linux has just about as many viruses as Mac OS has.
There is one thing, I really like about all iFans, they say untrue stuff, put it out in the world and all other iFans just adopt that... Fandroids might act not any better, but they actually tell the truth and dont shout things into the world like Facetime was first videocalling and such stupid things. I can understand Fandroids totally, because it would make me really angry, if people would say they are the first or the best, if they are actually not. Fandroid fact are (at least most of them) based on real facts and iFans arguments are all really silly, like it is really smooth (Android phones are smooth, too, if you have least a high end device from last year). To say it that way, even if iOS might be a little smoother which it aint, based on my own experiences), it aint faster, I believe people dont understand difference between smooth and fast, but you know, smart guy buys a phone and pays twice as much just for the illusion of smoothness, just a little more eye-candy for a few hundred bucks. Thats the way to go!!!
