Apple might have won its lawsuit against Samsung but It might have make some consumers like myself irked about how much “progress”they have make, well done Apple ! I am pretty sure my iPhone 8 Plus is gonna be my last iphone , headphone doesn’t work sometimes , and I wasn’t expecting some lag in its iOS . With over 60 class actions law suits against them over the battery throttling issues , Nothing much has changed over the years and you are suing people over the patent , least Samsung has introduced some nice feature and beautiful design, what have you done so far other than releasing the same expensive piece of mobile devices with different hardware issues which seems like a piece of crap every year?!

Really? Rounded corners? TF is happening to our world. Then maybe Sony should sue apple aswell cause Steve Jobs said he found inspiration for iphone base on Sony.

Apple is just trying to steal the show since Samsung has been so busy manufacturing tons of phones every year and that kinda piss them off big time, a huge slap in the face to a company who thinks they're on top of the world!! How pathetic Apple!

rounded corners ? really ? did apple really invented that ?

Since apple is expecting too much about their business, they cant accept the fact that Samsung is on the lead. Their expected profit from their boring phones went to Samsung and now they're trying to get it back by filing a case which doesn't make sense!! LMAO HAHAHA Gawd I'm gonna faint Apple >.<

I wish i still had the very old article regarding how Apple ripped off the design of the original iPhone directly from Sony. its been so many years, i lost the link, but it was a clear visual design rip off, and Sony never pursued ligation.

Oh well, good for apple on this settlement I suppose.

Samsung bought from Sony rights to use Acoustic Surface tech.
They may try to.use on cellphones

Apple does not develop anything on own, not even a single innovation. Apple steals everything from other manufacturers and calls its “Apple innovation “ but when someone produce something which is much better than Apple and has nothing to fo with Apple they go for lawsuit and as all we know USA a f****ed up country and USA is most corrupted country on the planet and Apple is most important part of this dirty game , so Apple wins every single lawsuit in USA. It is so pathetic and disgusting.

Apple is such a pathetic company. They are highly dependent on Samsung hardware parts but still sue Samsung for bullshit reasons.

But the system of patents in US is just a fail, when you cant patent rounded corners and sue other companies for it or how your apps are placed on your screen

And PCs of MAC OS use Intel chipsets, the majority of PCs (if I recall correctly about 59% of them, might be wrong tho) running Windows are using Intel Chipset. So that makes me think. If Macs use Intel, and Windows Units use Intel, why can't you run a MacOS on your PC?
As one who had a macbook and switched the Os from macOS (back then OS X) TO Windows. I don't see any problem switching from X to Y or vice versa.

It's technically POSSIBLE to run iOS or Android on your PC, or have a fully scaled windows on your phone. It's just taking a whole lot of time to force the OS to use properly the CPU and RAM given to them.
Basically. I agree. A PC is not meant to run such a light OS as Android (for that you got Ubuntu/Linux) and a phone is not made to run a PC OS as Windows.
