Whoever wins, Apple or Samsung, it will leave a bitter taste in the mouth of both. Samsung will now think twice before copying products again, so in a way, I suppose Apple has got its point across.
The other Android manufacturers are probably enjoying watching their chief competitor get distracted in lawsuits, and Motorola is probably rubbing its hands together with glee, as it cozies up to its new partner Google.

Well, I think if Samsung is wise, they will not sue Apple in Korea or America. It may be a third region, Europe, like Apple did in Germany. Don't you think so?

HD Games are available for Android systems. It's just that not all Android Phones can support the hardware requirements.
I believe the Samsung Galaxy S series and the SE Play have HD Games

They are now in the preparation stage.
If you have read the article, Apple claims that Andy Rubin (founder of Android), got inspiration for Android framework while working at Apple, hence infringes an Apple API patent.
The reason why Apple cannot sue Google directly is because Google does not profit from it.
My stance?
Apple is killing innovation. The reason why we have the level of technology where we are now is because of freethinkers who contributes to its development and was never selfish nor greedy.
It is true that Technology Development needs money but that doesn't make the world go round.
If all people acts like what Apple is doing now, we won't have cars, fridge or, hell, everything!
There's a need for them to change.
If Apple is the innovation, shouldn't they share it through free means so the advancement is faster?

Hold up a samsung phone / iphone next to any nokia / sony ericsson / motorolla and you'll see what I mean.
It's Pros vs amatuers here, all samsung and apple have is marketing and the sheep like mentality of the masses.

What they need to do is ban iphone5 in australia, i work in telecommunications and that's all customers want and it's idiotic, they all want a phone that well, doesn't even exist yet plus it's only a brand name, we have heaps of phones for $0 on our plans but people want to pay for the iphone, with the amount of rumours going around i hope it's never released.

i dont support samsung suing apple for these patent wars. let apple do their suing thing. it should have been nicer not to mimmick what apple was doing. just not healthy for consumers.

I personally hope Samsung can wins this kind of unreasonable lawsuits against Apple. Hope that Samsung will succeed to pursue Korea Government to ban the Apple. Korean government is well known very protect their own country property and product.
Obviously Samsung had made the greatest product and Apple is loser. Before Apple enter the mobile phone market each of the manufacturer is living happily. And since Apple enter the mobile phone world they try to control it and made the mobile phone world belong to them.
Suing Samsung for a "Squared with rounded corner" which means that every manufacturer are not allowed to build such devices. This is totally ridiculous.
All the home appliances are all in squared with rounded corner. What would that means ??
Why there are no such law suit in the cars industry ??
Why not one of the car manufacturer claim that they are the only one which can create a car with 4 wheel, 4 door.......etc.

... moreI think he's trying to suggest that Apple suing everyone for something they copied to begin with and that is hypocritical. Apple copied the LG Prada. Now they are suing everyone for having a square phone with rounded edges. They copied the square phone with rounded edges and touch screen. I can give you a class if you need one.
