I'd rather take notch oled screen over a fat jack less phone with a low contrast lcd screen.

Melt-down, 12 Jun 2018all of that for a thick phone and low battery capacity3500mAh is not low its like Samsung s9. Only thing why is poor is lcd screen uses a lot of brightness

they should fire their current designers ... do all of them have small hands for designing such an odd placement of fingerprint scanner and why the hell they made this phone so thick and yet their battery is only 3500 mAh Huawei P20 Pro got 4000 mAh with thickness of 7.8 while XZ2 got 11.1 mm of thickness plus no 3.5 jack.. i used to love Sony and their design but after years on sticking to same design of Xperia Z i lost hope on them as they didn't go to AMOLED nor up their game on their smartphone camera while others take Sony's sensors to their smartphones and produce better camera quality than Sony themselfs ...

My first flagship phone was Sony ,that was decade ago ,Sony phones are overpriced and feel so outdated

Thin bezels interferes with camera speaker ? Samsung iphone can do that for years now.... and sony even with bulky bezels has not given good cameras and speaker for decades now.... useless sony.... they really need to sack their phone makers ans some new from s.korea

No matter what they talk... their phones will be shitty... grainy cameras with corner softness... poor low light. Poor speakers... huge bezels.... they never gonno make money this way

The fingerprint sensor position is very ergonomic....... ha ha ha. No OIS, no audio jack, no FM Radio but hey its weight is 236g!!! You can do weights with it. You take it, move it a little, rest, repeat ...

They should fire the designer and hire new ones with better ideas. Bring back the jack and just slash the bezel and return the distinctive design of Sony not this some kind of similar ro other OEM.

They're full of sh!t, if they actually cared about "not compromising features" they would've kept the headphone jack just like Samsung did.
