If the Turbo reduces power consumption (which seems odd, increasing power logically consumes more power), then why not having it always on?
Also a little typo here: "The mode will be enabled via a hardware update, no additional hardware is required." Shouldn't it be "Software update"?

Well somwewhere i hear about a phone which should last 45 days on battery and it was a fake.
When i about half year posted to a device even a camera can be improved a lot by software updates many people punched me a lot and used some evil foul words.
Now we having simmilar thing.
But this is a hardware update not software.
Well lets see, Anyway next assasins creed for computers would be really appreciated.
