I heard they'll ship just a few hundred sets of N9 due to battery issue and screen brightness problem. Please dont go for this set, as you will end up throwing it in the Nokia recycling campaign!

AnonD-1906, 28 Sep 2011there are blind nokia fan boy. Almost the whole industries ... morelol. I'm wondering how many of those who speak about html5 knows what really is it ... :) long story short: is a standard for internet browsing and has nothing to do with the OS (although can be integrated in libraries from an OS distribution).
qt is far from being dead. there are a LOT of application written in qt (and I don't mean only mobile) and there are a lot developers who use it to make some really nice apps. to say qt is dead is like you say that c++ is dead, or c is dead, or mfc is dead or .net ... and so on ... :)
          Make some homework first ;)

Ok then go & enjoy your Android/IOS phones. Why bother with a 'dead OS' & crappy phone thread. Oh yes, you all buy new phones every 12 to 18 months also so worried about support, sound like people who buy phones every 3 to 5 years

"No phone needs such a processing power like 1GHz + 1GB Ram. 680 MHz & 256 MB Ram is more than enough..." said Nokia fans before N9 was announced...lol

AnonD-1906, 28 Sep 2011No my friend with the combined power of IOS, ANDROID, WP7 ... moreWhat do you mean ios android and windows phone? If you think any of this platforms would but their bulk on html5 then you must be dreaming. What ever QT devices would be coming out would support HTML5 in the web browser. That's how it will be for all other platforms. The N9 supports HTML5. Heck it is the best on the benchmarks.

Anyway, you're not buying it, what for so concerned in so many N9 threads like it's your money to buy, wasting energy, lol. Samsung fans should be more concerned with the competition from Iphone 5.
Those who prefer established OS & dont want take the risk, then dont buy, no problem.
