g6 user, 07 Jul 2018problem is that most of you don't fix anything you only cr... moreas with any organization there are procedures that need to be followed we just do our job and if that involves telling u that the issue will be resolved in the next 24hrs and it isn't, its not our fault, we do our part but as always sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that may delay the issues from being resolved but believe me
Our intentions are always to help even when customer call in and act uncivilized but since u don't work at a call center u would never know

    Time to change my profession :)

            most of the people already use a i.v.r (interactive voice recording) just a little percent need assistance from a representative like me, these customers really need special help cause they don't know how to use the most basic features on their phones or they're really confuse with they're phones, still they act like if theyre real genius event went ask for things with no sense, google duplex may take away many jods but its years away of been able to handle this kind of situations were people don't even know the reason why they call.

              Great . That would mean thousands more people living on the streets :(

                                        [deleted post]Not all, remember almost all call center workers are well educated and we are a degree holders and if this time will come, we can simply shift job or apply another job.
