No use resisting it, we have to consistently upgrade ourselves and find new venue.
Just like the telephone switchboard operators get replaced by pbx systems. This new way of communication could finally remove this following irritating announcement "All our operators are currently busy, we value your call, please hold"

I think this is a bad idea. AI should be here to assist, not take over. Use the AI to help the employees get better at their job, not take it away from them.
