Always can exchange or repair during warranty. That's the reason I'm not even looking on Chinese brands at the moment.
If we are talking about Samsung, I'm using it since S7. Best experience ever for sure. Looking forward to Note 9 now.

I now use huawei P20 pro. I used to have LG V20 and I honestly think it was the best 2016 phone. I had xperia Z3 Compact before the V20 era, and had iphone 4S before that.

Just get one of thos... morei know a lot of people who always buy the most expensive phone samsung offer every single year (including the defected note 7) just for the sake of showing off. they dont even use the s-pen that often. luckily, i am one of those reasonable people who buy a best performed phone the market offer (PS: it's never a samsung phone) and stick to it for 2 or 3 years until its performance have decreased or get broken... xiaomi is quite good i guess, but they dont last that long (at least from a bunch of my friends' experience)...
