      SD 630 isn't much, but still capable.
      I'll wait till the pricing is revealed before bashing the phone ;)

              i hope some sony designer are reading my post, make a xz compact same with this design and a little bit smaller screen with 3.5mm jack and you have my money

                They never want successful sell..! IMO, sd660 or even sd835 instead sd630 was success's key..

                  Good design but old processor and will likely be overpriced.Common Sony don't wait for these xiaomi,oppo,vivo,etc to infiltrate all the countries and kick you out.Currently only apple has brand value(or logo value) not even samsung,so Sony please price this phone in competition with the Chinese and not apple.

                      Sony has to be the only brand that makes a low-midrange phone prettier than their flapships.

Well maybe, a SNAPDRAGON 660 at most, but since their XA lineup is targeting mid-end, this is what u get. Wow, Hi-Res Audio is gimmicky, are u sure about that? Sure, upscaling music to near Hi-Res Audio is a little gimmicky, but the results from it are impressive. It may not be as good as the SABRE DAC inside LG high-end flagships, but still it is one of the best Hi-Fi DACs around

                              Now, this is something i could like. No notch(es), no 12 cameras coming out from the lower part of it's back, no "spectacularly small bezels", no "AI" ... Maybe a bit too big, but, after trying out some other "fancy" manufacturers, i just want to go back to Sony.
                              Of course, if the price is, at least, decent.

                                    Anonymous, 11 Jul 2018Mediocre chipset,dead on arrival Then explain why A6+ , Desire 12+ with Snapdragon 450 has the same ballpark or more than the price at launch with the regular XA2 with Snapdragon 630 ? Sure , other aspect is also considered such as , big batteries , 18:9 aspect ratio , etc . But judging by the chipset only , XA2 is priced right at launch price , although it could been better with S636 . I'm saying this not because i hate Samsung or HTC for no reason, i even like those 2 companies to be truth . But the chipset used in XA2 family is at least better than the one used by those 2 (A6+, D12+) .

                                      This phone looks good! I feel this design is way more appealing than the design of XZ2 Premium.
                                      I'll definitely buy it provided it comes to my country.
