This experimental options have the extremely high potential to fail.
Don't go for this bets, not a method/technology/invention is proven reliable, viable and convenient.

Why just don't use rotating camera, they have already done it! and user could still benefit from the autofocus!

I don’t mind a little upper and lower bezel or notch+no lower bezel but i hate notch+lower bezel.

Not having to haul a tablet with you everywhere you go *is* a practical use case. It is not as if it some mystical art to understand the point of removing the top bezel.
Sadly underscereen sensors are not here yet, the periscope camera seriously impacts the photo quality and Huawei's idea presents issues with the software.
Just add a notch, paint the notification bar black so that it would be flash and STFU.
It's really a non-issue until you turn it into one by forcing the eventual return of upper bezel because of your anti notch insistence. It is the best current tech allow, stop whining, hope for a better solution but for goodness sake, stop whining.
