This mean nothing when developer still place priority on iDevice when developing games and apps. Typically apps especially games will be release or update on iPhone first before port to Android.

I would rather view video on size optimize for idevice and play iOS game which is much better than flash game.

I think what is missing is the margin each manufacturer makes on a mobile. If Apple is reportedly 60%, which is staggering, and Samsung has overall declining profits (and margins) then who has the better balance sheet. Does Samsung have to sell say 4-5 mobiles to Apples 1 mobile to make the same profit. If so it is more of a retail model, a volumes game, and not a profit game.

Of course, android have so many cheap ones as well, Browsing of user number on Android have to be bigger than iOS, Android is just like the SB from Nokia before.

They are goimg to optimize those for both, for dual core better graphics etc.

If they want to optimize for the dual-core, the older models won't be able to run those apps but if they try to provide uniform experience, i4S specs will go to waste.

Actually we ... moreThe way I see it is a little different. 3GS received,quite a substantial and necessary performance upgrade from 3G while 4S brings marginal usability upgrade. Because i4 was already very well established, I don't think i4S will do as well.
If anything, people will be more inclined to purchase the i4 as its price lowers or move to another OS. We'll see.

Actually we readed one mobile site comment from 3gs launch and readed comment about 4s launch both were 100% same many disappointments still it sold millions and still sells a lot :)
I think 4S is going to do same, people soon figure out that it's new phone inside and its lot better than iphone4. Just wait!

Most people don't buy an iPhone because it runs iOS, they buy iPhones because it is iPhone. People buy SGSII, they buy HTC Sensation, SE Arc, etc. iPhones aren't in a special category where people buy them for the OS.
