H-1, 27 Jul 2018IMO: Note 2 was ahead of its time compared to S2 Note 3 w... moreHow huge is the price difference. It is expected to start at $899 from what I heard. It will be miles better if Exynos 9815 really comes out with the Note 9. I heard it is for the 8gb ram variant.

Anonymous, 26 Jul 2018Or in reality iPhone is a lot more flawed than people want ... moreOr perhaps stop finding android in iOS, start learning iOS and the brilliant echosystem ? I am afraid it costs way more you know.. bashing is so expected and then fails, nothing new though:)

Anonymous, 27 Jul 2018It's a BIG, HUGE, RELIEF that the BIGGEST Android phone man... moreYou are correct. Or at least that it will start others to start including bigger batteries.

However on the other note you are wrong.
What Sony and Huawei are doing is not just some random mega pixel race. These are larger higher quality sensors that could really bring better benefits. And is actually one of the best things to combine in phones with bigger batteries.
Its cameras and batteries that have suffered the most from the skinny phone craze. As well as unique designs, features, and other tech options.

Josh Mui, 27 Jul 2018I like your comment, as least keep your self on middle with... moreI don't understand what you're saying. But 4000mAh is really great.

AnonD-428442, 27 Jul 2018Samsung is so desperate trying to trick people into paying ... moreAlmost all products are over priced sadly.
However a number of them are more so than Samsung and Samsung has the most right to cost more than most. Apple, Sony, LG, and Google for instance all have more over priced devices out based on all the included aspects.

And it's a lot easier for a good company that's not as big to just buy up parts that are great but not all the best and sell them in a cheaper package.
Comparing to have the latest and greatest in all or most hardware and software. Especially when you are the company putting the most time and money into developing all that tech. And then have much bigger factories and more people to pay for it. And then high marketing and advertising costs.

Samsung spends more in r n d, tech, software, accessories like the $100 included headphones, factories, employees, and marketing.
And large 4000maj battery is not a trick. What kind of logic is that??

However yes they really need to drop the prices or start bringing a few more things to the table. Or a little of both

Anonymous, 27 Jul 2018Yeah, of course! Because every android customer checks how ... moreWhy does 99% of all the comments of have to be like yours. People being rude, narrow minded, and even making logical or factual sense.
Clearly not everyone does. But most do. And even most of those that don't would still appreciate it.
And either way doesn't change that what they said is true and could at least be a step forward in more companies offering bigger batteries.
And whether or not all customers look for that or not is not even directly related to what they said.

Is it really that had to make mature and logical comments?

While the note 9 will no doubt be amazing. S835 or exynos, stereo speakers... Finally. And pretty much the best ones. 4000mah battery... Again finally... Some new pen features, dual aperture... 6.4 inch...

Like stated below next year will have 7nm through ultra violet process wirh more powerful architectures, there is likely to be special things between the s and note for the 10 year anniversary, under display finger print, probably 4k, probably updated camera sensor, probably the ddr5 ram and high storage. And hopefully some other surprises.

Sadly probably won't get graphene batteries yet so that's another thing to look forward to in the next couple years along with 5nm uv chips.

Actually as 2018. Get a phone without fast charger isn't a good idea.
Specially the phone was powerful and drain fast. 10W/h battery also won't help if only charge on 5v2a.....

Try imaging charging a 4000mah complete drained phone on computer usb 2.0 which is 500mah top, and mostly wont reach that amp.

                          **

The only wish the Samsung will do was, keep the SD slot and bigger battery with equalize fast charge technology. No point a 4000mah batteey still

So you jumped ship for good. And to a company that in the last couple years has down graded to using budget sensors not worthy of a flagship price....
                            That sounds logical

                                Note 7... ok skip that
Note 8 was better than S8 but with a small margin.
Note 9 doesn't bring much to the table. And probably next year we'll have a merged line.

Why should I buy a product when the price difference is huge compared to the functionality it offers?

Almost all of them (except this freaking AI) are true to most Huawei phones. Even my low end Y7 Prime 2017 performs better than those J series phones from Samsung.

To be honest though, I like the ad roasting Apple this time about battery life. Also, iPhones have the slowest charging times of all time!
