You can see that Samsung Galaxy s9 still has HJ but users complain about the battery. I prefer the bigger battery instead of the HJ

And just because you don't care about it doesn't mean most people agree with you or that you should act like they do. Especially for a company you would attempt to associate with being superior in audio quality.
Whether you care or not many others do. And it's regardless a lacking for the value.
Especially being there is absolutely no logical or beneficial reason any company has started doing it. There is only negative. They have not made phones thinner or cheaper and don't offer better audio. And if it made them any thinner that would just still mean higher prices along with being more fragile and further stunted in battery life. Still no benefit.
Its simply a way to shave a few pennies while charging more anyway. And then hope to make more money off their wireless sets which cost more and don't equate in quality.
That is literally 100% factually it.
But like everything else. People don't care and even defend such actions.

The facts are that it's way too over priced. More so than any other Android phone right now. And those others are already over priced.
Its simply way to expensive, not as readily avalanche or even known to most, and has no major standout feature to even attempt to justify it except 4k....and ooohhh the vibrate motor.
And they expect anyone who is buying it to just drop that money online. No carrier discounts or proper full releases.
Anyone telling you not to buy it is just being logical. Objectively there are simply much more affordable or better valued options. Plain and simple.

Don't could use f1.8, ois, and faster focus with more advanced processing without heavy sharpening or noise reducing. Wouldn't appeal to everyone because people like fake. But would be better. Instead they don't. Just ois alone a tad less sharpening and the results could be decently better.
